The “Vivat TUM” Concert 2019

In 2019, the TUM family of all ages will come together again for the advent concerts in the stunning Philharmonic Hall at Munich’s Gasteig music venue. Alumni, freshmen and their parents as well as friends of TUM are invited to the Vivat TUM concert in the afternoon.

In 2019, the concert of the “Symphonic Orchestra Munich” and the “TUM-Chor” will be held on Sunday, December 1st, 2019 – 2:30 pm at the “Philharmonie im Gasteig”.

The invitations to the “Vivat TUM” concert will be sent to all registered alumni and current freshmen by post. Tickets will be distributed in order of registration, as long as supplies last.

“TUM-Chor” (The TUM’s choir)
The “TUM-Chor” was founded in the fall of 2013 and will be performing at the “Vivat TUM” concert for the seventh time. The choir project consists of members of Munich’s university choirs as well as singing-experienced TUM members and alumni who meet on a project basis under the motto “Voices of TUM”.

“Symphonisches Ensemble München” (Symphonic Ensemble Munich) The SEM – under the musical direction of Felix Mayer – is a dedicated amateur orchestra, which has been closely connected to the university for many years.
