In an extensive interview featuring student representative Nora Pohle and TUM President Prof. Dr. Wolfgang A. Herrmann, they discuss their views on the role of the university in society as well as their own commitment in the scope of university politics during the past years. In the series “Back to the Lecture Hall”, student representative Philipp Rinner meets AStA-veteran Manfred Färber. TUM Career Guide for International Students at TUM (Volume 1 + Volume 2 + Volume 3)

The first volume of the career guide in three volumes mainly focuses on an introduction to the peculiarities of the German labour market and on the necessity to work out a profile of your own strengths and weaknesses. The second volume deals with searching and analysing job ads and a subsequent successful application. The third volumes explains the personnel selection process and requirements for interviews in Germany .
