The first volume of the career guide in three volumes mainly focuses on an introduction to the peculiarities of the German labour market and on the necessity to work out a profile of your own strengths and weaknesses. The second volume deals with searching and analysing job ads and a subsequent successful application. The third volumes explains the personnel selection process and requirements for interviews in Germany .
